Don't trust this business. I had previously taken my car to Cooper automotive in Hobart and felt confident with them so when I started working near Moonah it made sense to take my car there. The twice I have taken my car for a service to Cooper automotive in Moonah I felt like I was being ripped off. The first time there was an extra $700 worth of things to fix and maybe there was, but I didn't question it and I wish now that I had. This time they quoted me an extra $400 to have spark plugs and wires replaced as my car was arcing. Something felt off so I took it back to the Hobart mechanics. Hobart charged me $275 for the same fix and were very surprised to find I'd been quoted $400 at Moonah. Plus I discovered that my car only needs to be serviced every 12 months, not 6 months like the Moonah Cooper automotive were telling me I needed to do. If they are doing this to me, you can bet they're doing it to the majority of their customers. I can't speak to the quality of their workmanship but I suggest you go elsewhere if you don't like being ripped off. Moonah Cooper automotive are damaging the Cooper automotive brand.
