Would give 0 stars if possible. Was recommended this place for a warranty repair by manufacturer, have since written a complaint letter to manufacturer suggesting they NEVER send anyone here again. ABC had my fridge for THREE MONTHS and still didn't fix the problem. In that time I never once received a call informing me of progress with the repair, and every time I called I got a different answer (and now know that most responses were lies). When they told me the fridge was fixed and I went to collect it they had lost (more likely just stolen) my original power supply cable and instead offered me 3rd party cables or their "shop cable" which was in horrible condition and not at all fit to replace the $60 cable I originally had. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting they eventually offered me a cable from another customers item waiting to be repaired and not wishing to stay in the waste management facility that is their office I took it and left, taking my item to The Heat Pump Shop down the road where my fridge was fixed within 4 days. That was a month ago and still have not had further problems so ABC are either so bad at their jobs, or they just were taking the manufacturer for a ride because they'd get paid as much warranty as they could. Either way, should be avoided at all costs. The costs I accrued in the time that these jokers weren't doing anything, in the form of esky, bags of ice, and prematurely spoiled food nearly totalled the value of the fridge yet I wasn't even given an apology as to the severe delay, let alone any offers of reimbursement.

AVOID!!! We were referred to ABC Electrical, Moonah (TAS) for a warranty job to fix our Artusi oven and rangehood. The first visit from the technician to check out the issue was reasonably quick and he seemed to promise the moon ("if parts will take too long, we will replace the whole unit" and "it usually only take a week or two" are a couple of things that spring to mind. However, over a MONTH later, we are still left in the dark and still cannot use our oven. We have tried calling (more on their phone attendance in a minute) and they promised to contact the parts department that day to "chase up" the parts order, another call proved that they never made that chase up call in the first place - the man on the phone called the parts dept on another phone while I was listening, and they didn't even have the order! After he got off the phone with them he tried blaming THEM for the delay, and again promising to get back to me with an update - which never happened. Onto their phone attendance - I've had days where I've tried calling them around 10 times throughout the day (no joke) and the phone rings out after telling me "you're next in queue" 5-6 times. Now if you try and call (as of 29th April 2022), you will only get a message bank that tells you that they only service 2 brands now (Artusi is not included) and to email them or call another number to leave a message. Today, I contacted the warranty company and they confirmed that ABC Electrical is difficult to get in contact with and that apparently the owner is retiring. I hope they pass my job onto another company soon because over a month without an oven is an absolute joke! Also just to note that the only responses to comments they've provided on their reviews (from what I've seen) are to basically accuse their customers of reviewing the wrong company or to say they can't find them in their system.
