I purchased a $90 pair of work pants a couple Of weeks ago, (and have been buying shoes and work wear from them for years) after a week they suddenly ripped when kneeling down, so I took them back just expecting an exchange, like any shop would. However they instead accused me of ripping them on something and refuse to return or exchange and gave me the option of paying the In store seamstress to repair them, needless to say I just walked out. I will be paying an independent seamstress to repair your faulty pants and I will be spending my $300-$400 a year on workwear somewhere else. They are happy and helpful when taking your money and rude and arrogant when they need to exchange, go somewhere else, or even go online, Because when local service is this bad, I have no guilt spending money online. (Yes I know the pants look VERY bad, as they got worse over the week after the initial rip, but its the only pair I had so I had to wear them)
