I contacted MS Civil in relation to a concreting job. Director attended and advised I would receive a quote shortly. No quote was received for over a month despite weekly follow up requests and multiple assurances it would be received within 7 days. Often no reply to communication. Advised delay was because our job was bumped down the list as soon as opportunities arose to quote more valuable jobs. Given incorrect curing advice. Contractor did good job with concreting but we rushed it to complete in unideal weather on basis of incorrect curing advice and ended up with hail dents.
