        Excellent workmanship on my car but lacked customer service this time - when job on my car went longer than estimated I was not update with this until queried why my car wasnt ready.

        Had a tow bar installed on my car. The lead in time from order to installation is roughly 5 weeks, but they told me that. Far cheaper than anyone else. Had the car back when they said they would. Only criticism is that I felt I was expected to have some assumed knowledge of the products. Despite asking questions, Im not sure the product that I specified was provided (but I didn't pay for that)
