Stepped into this place for the first time, a couple of months ago, looking for a bike rack for my retro fat tyre E-bike and was graciously greeted by Bob and Danny. As a family owned and operated business for over 30 years, these guys know their stuff when it comes to car accessories of all sorts. Although Bob wasn't able to initially help me out, he pointed me in the right direction for advice. I ended up purchasing a suitable rack online and went back to Bob for him to fit it. Overall, Bob went above and beyond with his outstanding customer service and advice.. legendary 'old school' service in my honest opinion that truly deserves all the backing of the local community

Customer service at this store is fantastic. The guy goes far and beyond to give advice and any added extras to help out. If youre looking for one on one service and someone that will take time out to provide knowledge and service this is the store for you. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and best prices in Hobart by a long shot. Over night shipping and nearly one third of the price quoted by other autoparts stores in Hobart. Definitely recommend
