As a gravity bike park this place is awesome... The tracks are so well maintained and diverse , Dirt Art are absolutely with what they have built. Staff are friendly the facilities are great, legendary place to let rip.

Tracks are good, staff are friendly. But the shuttles are very very slow. Sign says every 10 minutes... (was closer to 15-20) It would be generous to say they move 60 people per hour when they're running 5 shuttles as they were when I was there. With queues of 70+ by 10am, it was long wait, and the queues didn't get any shorter. ( I have been informed that they were 2 shuttle buses down duenyo mechanical issues, this contributed to the long wait time) Food is fantastic! Overall experience really dampened by the long shuttle wait, we only got 2 in for the day as the queue was 80+ by the time we wanted a third,so we rode up to midline instead. But the tracks from midline down are great, so we didn't miss much Update: I've since been contacted by the operator and notified that 2 shuttle were not operational. I've made updates above. The operator suggested that a complaint should have been made to the staff at the time, and they've offered some credit towards my next visit. While I appreciate this gesture, it should not have come to his intervention, or me needing to make a complaint to staff. As I was not to know prior to this, that these were not standard operational conditions. I have increased the review from 3 to 4 stars for his offer of credit. I would however prefer businesses to be proactive rather than reactive about such circumstances. As they could have accepted fewer bookings knowing that they did not have the ability to provide their regular service.
