Pathetic patient centred care. Received multiple calls from different absolutely rude staff on misleading appointment booking information. States they were too busy with other problems even though my family member had ongoing chest pains and was referred by the GP as urgent. Requested a follow up on feedback on the website and still waiting on a response...

Just charging out of pocket even for the inpatient. Not telling there going to be a gap fees. End up paying more than $1000 from pocket.

I sent through my refferal and also called them to discuss my refferal directly and arrange an appointment. They refused to listen to me about why i cannot have a mammogram on a number of occasions. The receptionist then made rude comments about the reffering doctor and the details on my refferal. I was left feeling medically bullied into a procedure I CANNOT HAVE. I have had to go back to my doctor to get yet another referral clearly stating the same thing I was telling them even though the original referral was clear enough. They need to learn to listen to the patient. Patients have rights its my body and no means no. As a result of me not complying to be bullied into mammogram I physically cannot have, I have not received an appointment for any of the imaging I NEED. I am now going elsewhere for my imaging in the hope I receive the appropriate PATIENT CENTRED CARE I deserve.

The one star was for the office staff who were very pleasant. The procedure was a nightmare for me. Firstly the dye allergy was misreported as an iodine allergy so I cancelled the procedure. 3 doctors assured me they could do it without any. I advised I was claustrophobic and was assured they would keep checking on me. They checked once during the very long MRI. I was distressed but wanted to do well so my doctor had a good picture of my heart. I had to keep holding my breath multiple times with not enough rest in between and due to my condition, (heart failure) it was horrendously difficult. Suddenly I was exited from the machine with no warning. My right arm was numb from being up against metal and I was having trouble breathing. No sympathy or time to rest and gain some ability to breathe properly again. - it was out and the next one in. Actually she was watching me from the door. Never ever again with this company. I have had MRIs before but none like this!!!
