Such a great medical centre. I had an emergency with my dog and they fit me in right away first thing in the morning. This was after being pushed away from 3 other vets in the area. Everyone was so helpful, informative and kind and really treated my dog with care and sympathy. Prices are also clear and reasonable. Definitely my dogs permanent vet from now on! Thanks everyone.

We came to the clinic as they were recommended as the best to help our Oscar who had cancer. Rob and the team were so wonderful with him and us in a difficult time. Whilst the treatments did not give Oscar a long term result, they have given us a little more time with him and we have received so much help and support from Rob and the team. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who has a furry family member. They truly care and are so attentive. We could not have asked for better help, treatment, and support.

Once again, the after hours service was there for my pet and I. She and her new sibling had a play related eye injury. So very grateful to Haley for being able to see her after hours.

Most helpful & professional. Plus provide payment arrangements if you can't pay full amount on the day. I was literally scolded for daring to take my dog into Veterinary Hospital following a bee sting emergency. They had a sign on the door for Afterpay but were unable to access it & I wasn't able to use it. Horrid experience there!

I would like an answer from the animal medical centre and compensation. Four visits 4 vets 4 diagnosis over $3000 sent home with a morphine patch saying it was musculoskeletal. We went to another vet practice He took less than 5 minutes said this dog has severe stomach cramps. You had given her anti nausea medication several times $130 an injection even though she had never even looked like trying to vomit. You did scans blood tests and had her there over night you did not notice She had not drunk any liquid or eaten for 6 days yet you said she was not dehydrated yet you could not get a drip in her Due a nurse tells me to her being so dehydrated. After seeing another vet she improved within hours but had three more days of antibiotics injections as she needed He tells me she could have died You said she was fine. I could see my dog was dying And I have to say not eating not drinking crying in pain. There is only one end to that story and it is fatal. Three of your vets were nice people one was not well not nice to me at all but that us beside the point. The point is I struggle I have had 6 brain surgeries I am on a pension my dogs are my therapy animals my best and only friends and my constant companions. They are dear to me. Your reliance on scans and blood tests and numerical diagnosis nearly cost my dog her life and cost me dearly and it was all incorrect. I am responsible when I make a mistake but 4 mistakes 4 vets one practice. Total Misdiagnosis and not even a word of apology. The other vet clinic did not charge me for any of my further three visits and only $10 an injection. Why because he cared and because the receptionist there who has been there over 30 years tells me I am not the first to turn up at their surgery with a very similar story after leaving the Animal Medical Centre. I did expect a reply from you when I wrote to you privately but nothing so google here it is and other patrons beware of extreme charges a Reliance on technology and a lack of personal Diagnostic skill A simple apology would have saved you this public statement and I am sure I am not the only person this has happened to. I would like to hear from others please Now mid February and still no response. 4 visits 4 incorrect diagnosis. Dog sent home with morphine patch and told it was musculoskeletal. It was severe stomach cramping within hours of correct diagnosis from another vet and she was improving. He said she could have died. You charged me over $3000. I am on a disability pension The other vet under $200 with 4 visits and correct medication correct diagnosis. I would really like a response.
