        Just wanted to say what a fantastic bunch of staff Steadfast Launceston are. I have contacted them numerous times over this past year for information, and my queries were never an issue, was dealt with in the most efficient an professional manner. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There is an obvious wonderful work culture which flows out of there and it is certainly refreshing actually being treated like a customer. I thought good service was a thing of the past.......but you have restored my faith.
