Ear Clinic

A friend who worked in the hearing industry recommended I see Ian at the Ear Clinic and I am very glad she did. I found Ian very approachable, thorough and kind. I tried hearing aids and decide to put them off for a year or so and felt NO pressure to buy. I will DEFINITELY be returning to the Ear Clinic when I move forward with wearing hearing aids. They are not their to make money, more focused on the customer care.

Was a long term customer but left due the behaviour of the owners. . Theres other places to go where you are treated with respect and dont have to deal with ppl gossiping and causing drama. Also I discovered at the new practice that my ears dont ring after the testing procedures and apparently its not normal to happen - I would really like to write what has gone on with these people but giving a patient a hard time while their partner is in hospital is not acceptable An apology for the behaviour coming from this practice would of gone a long way to retain a customer. Edit the owner just sent a rather nasty text to my husband. Unfortunately for you he shares the same opinion on the unprofessional behaviour coming from this firm.

I arrived in Tasmania in 2011, I was worried who to get an audiologist to be trusted, when I first met Ian Parson at the Ear Clinic, he was kindness and caring person who understands my history of hearing loss since I was 3 years old when I first wore my hearing aids. For 10 years I have associated with Ian, he has gave me the best hearing aid that I ever have which it was Phonak with fantastic programs with noise pollution reduction and Ian has given me the best advice on hearing loss. Ian has shown great interest in looking after my health and my hearing. For all the audiologist I have associated with, Ian has shown in a great expectations and his kindness goes a long way. Thank you Ian, Dianne and the office staff.
