Brendan from R&H Kingston has been a great help for my sale of my residential property in Kingston. He was very thorough throughout the process from my enquiry, timing to sell, marketing strategies, costs involved and coordination with tenants. Brendan always kept me in the loop and called to update me promptly with the progress. If i had an enquiry via email or phone, he would reply them timely to avoid me having to chase things up. Communication was good as i was dealing from interstate. He also made sure all the documents required were prepared in advance to minimise unforeseen risks that could stall the sale.
