        We built our first home in 2021/22 with Maveric and are very happy with the service we received. We were well informed throughout the whole process and kept up to date with the progress of our build, even though there were a couple of delays. Once we moved in there were a few minor cosmetic defects, as to be expected in any build. James was incredible to deal with and rectified the issues for us quickly. We would recommend Maveric to anyone looking to build their first home.

        We purchased a 2019 Maverick build home in August 2022. We discovered a leak in the 2nd bathroom after a few months of use. We contacted Maverick and a representative came out and inspected. James came and found the problem and it was fixed efficiently and professionally. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and personable. Highly recommend. Service: General repairs & maintenance
