Over the last few years my experience with APM has mostly been that of encouragement and support, the Kingston service should come as highly recommended, though I give four stars for past communication difficulties. This review however is more so regarding Mel (who deserves 5 stars). Mel deserves the upmost recognition and commendation in her profound dedication towards her job and her clients. I cannot be the only one who can testify to the life changing and pivital part she has in fascilitating optimism towards having a new chance at life that not every individual feels they have in the system. Despite how overwhelming, disheartening and sometimes depressing finding placement can be, Mel acts like a mentor; always enforcing optimism, encouragement, confidence and empowerment. I believe if her individualistic approach to jobseeker programmes was more widely adopted, job and career outcomes would take up an upward tradectory in greater outcomes. Thank you Mel for you service:)
