Amplifon Kings Meadows

I will be returning there. The Audiologist was great, and explained what she was doing, why, and any effects or repercussions that may occur. Definitely an improvement on the Audiologist I've been seeing for the last 5 years.

What a joke... I am deaf.. so palastani wearing a mask trys to ask me questions that i spent 30 mins on the phone answering yesterday...then i get told there system is out of date...dont wast your time ...

I was disappointed to overhear a phone call between Amplifon Kings Meadows and my grandfather. Despite refusing to see him or make any attempt to fix his hearing aids, he was told he could not be seen because he was not due for a checkup (he hadnt been to the clinic for well over a year). They then pestered my grandfather about why he chose to move to another clinic and he quickly became very flustered. Regardless, the Amplifon representative continued to push him asking about his new audiologist and how Amplifon would loose government funds from him leaving the clinic. I dont care about the funding! I only care about my grandfather being able to hear! Disgusting service where the elderly are treated as cash cows. When my grandfather tried to book in an appointment to fix his hearing aids over a year ago they also told him that they did not have time to see him, yet they were trying to get him to book an appointment for his wife. The elderly are NOT cash cows and I am disappointed to have to whiteness my beloved grandfather be haggled by people with no care for the elderly.
