        Brilliant service just then from Alex! Asked if they could just tighten screws on my sunglasses and he actually replaced screws for free as they wouldnt tighten any more. Offered to tip but refused payment. Also tightened screws on my reading glasses! Amazing customer service, thankyou so much!! Ian
