Its almost impossible to write a review that doesn't sound paid BUT here goes. I write this after I get off the phone from my broker to organise an approval so that I can buy another property through ripehouse for the 3rd time in 12 months. This property, I will be using only partially savings and the rest borrowing against equity from the first house they selected for me. As someone who grew up in public housing and was desperate to break the cycle, ripehouse was exactly what I was looking for. I knew real estate was the safest investment, but I could not seperate myself emotionally from purchasing a house. Or even selecting an area. Enter ripehouse, I pay them on a thursday, and have an accepted offer on a house on the following wednesday. Even after my initial consultation I knew I would not have to worry about my finances again as long as I entrusted all I saved into Jacob's process and it has worked magically so far. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
