I just need my reference letters. They didn't give for many resons. Doctor is going for a tripstaff forget to process my requestcan not hearing my phone call voice. Rediculous resons. Why

Very poor business practices here. I have been going for a regular check up since 2017 and last year apparently my surgeon retired. Absolutely no handover whatsoever was done for me or my file as their ongoing patient. Instead I call up today to make an appointment and they tell me to go back to my GP to get a whole new referal and start again, exactly what I did 5 years ago. Hopeless...

I had a pretty good experience with LASIK. Can't complain about the procedure- pain free during the day and just sore overnight but certainly manageable.

I had a morning appointment and there was only one opthamologist on for the day which I overheard the receptionist say and a room full of waiting patients. People were streaming in one after the other for their appointments and it appears as though they schedule appointments very closely together with no hope of actually getting into your appointment anywhere close to the given time very much a money making production line. Once I got into my appointment Dr Verma had a real air of arrogance and superiority and was unfriendly and dismissive probably because he had another 15 patients lined up in his waiting room and had no time to waste on explaining anything relating to my issue. What was less than 5 minutes with him and $190 later only to be told I would need to attend their city clinic to get the eyelash removed which I couldnt get in for another 2 weeks. Ended up calling Derwent Eye specialists on the drive home and got an appointment the following day and had it removed on the spot from a very helpful doctor there. I would never consider Hobart Eye Surgeons again.
