I had such a wonderful experience at Fertility Tasmania with Irena and her team (especially Karen). From start to finish they were warm and inviting. Irena is so clearly passionate and dedicated to her field, and whilst Irena has a wealth of knowledge that she continues to expand with current research, she also possesses such (hard to find these days) compassion and humanity. All traits/skills that not only made our road to parenthood a successful one but a journey that will always remain special to me unlike the intimidating and impersonal one I had imagined prior to seeking help from Irena. Eternally grateful to Irena for my son. And equally as thankful to both Irena, Karen & team for the heartfelt care.
