        Rooms: Clean, spacious serviceable. Walkability: Nice little shopping, bakery, pharmacy across walking overpass, bit over a block away. Noteworthy details: Steep gradient of parking area.

        I stayed here for about 10 days to do mountain biking, kayaking, walking and distilleries in and around Hobart. I had an executive Queen room which was clean, comfortable and spacious, ideal for an extended stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I wanted to extend my stay. It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants in New Town and North Hobart, and a short but hilly ride into Hobart CBD and waterfront. Highly recommended. Nothing fancy but everything I needed :-)
