Amazing mortgage broker! My husband and I first went to Jamie when we had a good chunk of money for house. We ourselves weren't in a position to buy at the time, Jamie went out of his way to help find a solution, which he did. We ended up putting the house in our parents name as an investment. Fast forward 4 years and we were in a position to buy our house into our name. Jamie helped us find the best loan provider, the best loan, and even helped us to gain some extra for our renovations. Jamie was extremely friendly and nice to deal with whilst also being completely professional and efficient. Jamie spent a considerable amount of time and effort researching various options before recommending the lenders and products most suited to our circumstances. I would highly recommend Jamie at Loanspy to anyone looking for a broker with integrity and competency. Jamie is very experienced and was able to navigate through some difficulties we had due to our particular situation that I don't think many other brokers would have been able to resolve. We will definitely be seeking out Jamie for any future loans or refinancing.

I have had Jamie help me out a few times now with refinancing and every time without a doubt he always goes out of his way to help and makes sure I am comfortable with everything and explains everything thoroughly. I am very grateful and can't be thankful enough. He always answers my questions even when I can be annoying!!!. Jamie really goes out of his way to help and I would recommend him to anyone for any mortgages/refinancing needs for sure. Jamie and the team at Loanspy could not have done more to ensure that refinancing our home was hassle free and a very easy process.
