        Mel Radford from Ray White has been an exceptional Property Manager for our rental in Sandy Bay. Mel always communicates with us efficiently, and has contacts with great contractors for improvements on the property. I have only good things to say about Mel and her work ethic.

        We had an absolutely awful experience with the rentals arm. We were not told of changes owner responsibilities, only one inspection was conducted (in 12 months) and the house+yard was a mess when the tenant left. Ray White failed to communicate effectively during the entire period and completely ghosted us at the end of rental. Can not recommend this company.
