Over an hour wait to have a 5 minute conversation about cancelling my claim. Totally unacceptable and pathetic. Glad renewal is coming up coz Im taking my money elsewhere.

Taking into consideration the floods etc the contact availability to customers/Clients is totally appalling. It is virtually impossible to contact you in any manner what so ever unless you are willing to ssit on a phone"hanging on" for well in excess of 1 hour, then when the one ocassion you do get there, because you complain about the service they hang up on you, so the "merry go round" starts all over again. I have been trying since 26/11/2022 to speak to some one , let alone find out where the blazes my vehicle actually is. If you are so busy, then employ more staff, extend your hours to give a service to your customers, that will keep the goodwill between you & them. Over 4 weeks to get an answser to any question is totally pathetic customer service. Bruce Norman
