Cunic were nothing short of amazing. They worked with my strange ideas and were so accomodating to my needs. The house is beautifully crafted and looks stunning. The layout gives me plenty of space and they really have met every one of my needs. They also helped me when I was stressed and offered support and guidance throughout the build. They were also the ONLY building company who were did not care how I looked (heavily tattooed) or the strange ideas I had. 100% recommended. Service: New building construction

As a First Home Buyer I had deplorable service from Cunic homes. I was left out of pocket $3,000. During the conceptual planning process I had a really unprofessional customer experience, which lacked sound advice and appropriate cost guides to make good design decisions. Cunic could not provide me with a functional Conceptual Plan that was within the original budget we had agreed to. My feedback was not reflected in the plans, which had insufficient detail (without basic measurements), leaving me uncertain of what the build outcome would be. When I still had questions, I was emailed no further changes would be made. Timely service was not provided, which ultimately lead to the contract falling through. This was all very stressful for me. I did try to resolve all of the above with Cunic homes however, they could not have cared less! My hope is this review will prevent another First Home Buyer being subjected to the same experience. Avoid the stress, wasted time and money. Service: New building construction
