Bernard Goh is the best! he helped me obtain my 190 which a famous Chinese agent said you are not competitive! Bernard works so hard, I never see a lawyer reply after midnight during weekends! Also if you worried about cant communicate well in Enligsh, Bernard does speak Chinese. Once again, Bernard saved my live!
