I received root canal treatment here between September and November, 2021. My dentist may be responsible for a bad root canal treatment. I didn't realize until I went to see the specialist. Apparently the root canal is overfilled based on the X-ray. I don't think the dentist provided an acceptable standard of treatment, leaving me with unnecessary pain and suffering with root canal complications which is inflammation later on. Now I have to move the tooth as it can not be saved. I feel my thousands of dollars have been wasted for nothing. No, actually I got a useless tooth which is doomed to be removed now.

Arrived at 220pm for my 220pm appointment. Waited for 30 minutes. Asked the receptionist if it would be much longer as I had been waiting for 30 minutes. She retorted "you have only been waiting for 15 minutes". Rude

I've had a recent wonderful experience with the talented Dr Fatemeh Iranlou. I initially visited her with pretty intense dental pain, and with care, understanding and professionalism, she worked out a plan to treat my issue. She went above and beyond my expectations, explained my options clearly and is obviously, in her nature, a very caring person. Her dental assistants (Iliana and Rebecca) are also a credit to the practice as well as the admin team who all made it as much of a positive experience as it could under the circumstances. Thanks so much to Dr Iranlou's team. You all come so highly recommended. Well done.
