Very helpful during a difficult settlement, with a few curveballs along the way. It was very clear during the whole process that Emmi was working for us in the background, and not just filling in forms and going through the motions. There was also no additional charges on top of the original quote, even with the substantial additional work to resolve issues - which was a nice surprise!
