        Poor customer service. Purchased a $30 glass screen protector for my phone that they put on. Approximately 2 hours later it fell off my phone. Returned to the store the following day and explained the situation.I produced a receipt and was recognised by the sales assistant she was extremely dismissive and was not listening. And accused me of miss treating the screen. After 10mins of getting no where with negotiations we asked to speak to the manager. I only requested a replacement. This was bluntly refused with the only option given was to purchase another screen cover at a discounted price. After another 10mins she finally phoned the manager and suddenly they were going to replace it for free. This was a negative experience a total time waster, unnecessary drama. I would definitely not recommend Your Case.
