        Not a particularly large store, but has all the essentials and Macpacs own products tend to be solid. Took a star off as during my most recent visit I enquired about whether I was able to get a product price-matched to a nearby competitor. It was an identical product, but that never even came up as I was immediately given a we dont price match. This seems to go against the Price Match Guarantee on the Macpac website. Unsure whether it was a newer staff member or an outdated policy on the website, but either way I wouldve liked a slightly more friendly response, and if it is a policy its perhaps worth reminding all staff members of that.
