We enjoyed our couple of couple of interactions/examinations with Susan Grenness, and she organised ear plugs for my daughter, who has significant hearing sensitivity. When we required a report of that matter however, we hit a wall. We have contacted the rooms three times since last year, and each time have been told different things. Initially we were informed that we could have a report done by Susan, but that she was busy for a couple of months, and would require payment for the report. We totally understood, and responded positively, but since then, we have been told by reception staff that our enquiry has been forwarded to Susan, but clearly, given the number of months since contact, we are not going to receive a further response or report. We indicated we would happily pay for the report so that our daughter could have verification to support a diagnosis of autism, but clearly we will have to start again with another practice, in order to obtain necessary documentation of what Susan Grenness diagnosed. I can't recommend this practice, if we have to start over from scratch with another, when documentation of Susan's findings could have been provided, and paid for.
