There was no customer in shop and still didnt attend me without appointment..said we are too busy because of short staff what a joke i think he thought Im blind

Poor customer service, took my Samsung back after screen went dark, initially was told no fault, after going back a 2nd time they did send it away, 4 weeks later no word from them as to any progress, rang call centre, was advised they indeed had a replacement instore for me,went to collect only to be told there was no one there to help me. Paying for a phone I don't have. Very poor
