Creative homes made our build process a breeze! Stuart and Richard kept us up to date throughout the whole construction, Nicole was absolutely amazing throughout our selection process, and Teena was (and still is) superb with any after handover questions or queries or we had/have. The quality and service provided for us, and our new home has been fantastic. We couldn't be happier! Service: Home building

I would definitely not recommend this business. They are extremely unprofessional. Misgendered my partner on numerous occasions. If you question anything, they become defensive and rude. They seem to take clarification and any question of the contract process personally. The process was very rushed and seemed to be unorganised. We were rushed into signing default contracts before any personalised selections were made. They sent PDF files to select colour choices (this is unreliable and unprofessional, because the colours are different on computer/phone screens). They use a highlighter pen and hand writing to make plan alterations. The colour selections consultant didnt assist with anything, they lacked familiarity with their own brand of colour products. They didnt seem the least bit familiar with matching/pairing colours. Had to do our own research regarding inclusions and colour selections. I had to seek out my own samples. The inclusions advertised on their website didnt match the end product, although their website clearly hasnt been updated in some time. Final plans didnt match the actual inclusions (ie. tiles according to the plan, but hybrid floor to be laid in the wet areas instead). Very little was explained regarding the differences between a regular build and a modular home. Charged for planning fees, despite themselves advising it was exempt.
