    Jasmine, Ashlie and all the team at One Agency Launceston have been friendly, honest and professional in all our interractions with them. As new investment home owners Katrina and I relied entirely on their experience and knowledge, and could not have been happier with the way in which all situations large and small were managed. Communication was always timely, polite and considerate and we were made to feel valued. Any work that the property needed was managed in a highly professional way that respected our need for information as well as our tenants right to privacy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend consulting with One Agency Launceston to anyone considering any kind of move in the Launceston region real estate market.

    I rented my investment property through this agency. The tenant that was recommended to me did unsupervised works to my property that were never completed. When they left my property, it was left in a state of disrepair. What is unexplainable is that the bond on my property was returned to the tenant who damaged my property! In trying to contact the property manager a number of times, it was only then that I was told the property manager had moved on. I was advised to contact the director, which I did. He offered nothing, advising me to contact the property manager - who was already working for another agency, which the director knew, but maintained it was the property managers responsibility! I tried to explain that my property was signed with his agency and I was seeking his help to rectify the matter. He offered only the value of the bond, which would certainly not cover the cost of the damage. I explained that I was not looking for money. I simply wanted the damage repaired, which I hoped his agency could arrange, given the circumstances. When this was politely discussed, he withdrew that offer, gave me thirty days notice and told me to contact his lawyer! I was left in shock by the whole mismanagement of the situation. This situation smacks of a lack of integrity and professionalisim at best. Clearly the director of this organisation is in the real estate builsiness for money and nothing else. However we have it on file, correspondence from yourself where you approved the tenant to undertake the work, as well as other jobs around the property. Some of the work was free of charge (the tenant was a tradesman) - the others you paid the tenant to complete the work, which was completed. We acknowledge and can confirm, unfortunately some of the work was incomplete at the time of his vacating. We can also confirm at the point where we ceased managing your property, the tenant had communicated to us that he would return to the property to complete the works, and that the hold up was his tools were interstate and he was having trouble getting them back to Tas due to covid restrictions. ** All works I paid for were completed. All tasks the tenant requested they be permitted to do for the tenant's benefit, were left incomplete. Therefore, the property was damaged, and not in its pre-tenancy state** **Still no reason offered as to how that tenant received their bond back** **The management "ceased" after I requested your help, but you ubruptly terminated service. One may consider it appeared to be too hard for your agency to manage** We also would like to confirm, that our company tried to engage and have quotes from our own tradespeople to try and rectify the situation, however we can confirm (and we communicated this to you) that all efforts were to no avail as the tradespeople spoken to were not keen to get involved. **Tradespeople were not keen to get involved in the situation, was what I was advised. So you're saying the tradespeople didn't want to take on work, despite being contracted to your agency to undertake works on rental properties** After many attempts to try and resolve the issues with you, we had no choice but to refer the matter to our legal advisors who advised us that it was a private matter between yourself and the tenant to undertake this work, and One Agency was merely a facilitator of an agreement between two parties. **Your "many attempts to try to resolve issues" amounted to a few emails, where you swiftly terminated service. I wonder how many property owners are looking for property management services, who take no responsibility for their properties, as they're merely facilitators**
