I got a new phone I was happy with the service. Asked to fill out a survey and I did. Got a call the next day from the manager to see if I was happy. All good no problems. The issue arises 1 month later when the same manger calls again to see if Id fill out another survey and that the 7/10 rating I gave before wasnt deemed a pass by Telstra standards. Devonport Telstra seem happy to waist peoples time when they are not be happy with the result they get from those who are will to fill out a survey. And are happy to harass there own employee with what they deem poor customer service
