I had an issue with the gauge on my diesel heater fuel tank. I emailed Dieselheat about it and without question they sent me a new one under warranty which arrived within days. Their service went above and beyond. Brilliant.

We previously had a rough time with our Webasto Dualtop diesel water and air heater which developed a terminal water leak in the aluminium tank inside our Sprinter 4WD van. There was no local support at all for Webasto in W.A. Cool Technology (Marine) tried to help us but effectively charged us $2500 to find the leak over three weeks. So I decided to pull the Webasto Dual Top out. The heater used to smell of fumes and also cause headaches. I discovered we were very lucky because: 1. We could have had a fire from the exhaust shoved directly through the wooden floor (burnt timber hole). 2. We may have got carbon monoxide poisoning because exhaust fumes drawn from outside with cooling air were released inside the van. My brother-in-law and I decided to install a DH9 water heater along with a fan head from Diesel Heat in Tasmania. We ordered a side-by side pre-assembled system with a fan heater. I had a couple of queries which were answered promptly by their support staff within a day. Everything arrived in timely fashion even after I made a very late decision to switch to an EV01 fan head to suit our existing air ducts. Instructions were clear and easy to read so after about a week's work (we are very particular) it was installed. I did have to drain and then re-install the coolant because I hadn't used enough thread tape on the larger tank connections. The Manson PWM fan motor controller added by us caused a howl but has been replaced by a ZK-PP2K ($15) with frequency control. Now it is working perfectly. Hot water and air in a few minutes. So thanks Diesel Heat! We have a system that should last the remaining life of the van.

Very impressed with install workmanship etc. Called 2 1/2 years later to understand error codes, Juan talked us through the problem which turned out to be an error of our own making. After sales service and communication second to none. I can only highly recommend which to my mind still is not enough.
