Charles processed my wife's permanent visa application to Australia. We had previously talked to two other immigration lawyers and both of them made us very nervous about the process and our chances of being able to immigrate. We were referred to Charles through friends and our first conversation was an incredible relief! It turns out the previous lawyers we talked to simply wanted to scare us to secure our business! Charles addressed all of our concerns with TRUTHFUL knowledge - "No no don't worry that happens sometimes and we simply provide this, or do an appeal through this avenue etc.". The whole process went very smoothly and we felt comfortable the whole time that things were being properly taken care of.
