        Very unprofessional and irresponsible Dr Ive ever met! I called up for a telephone consultation to ask for a medical prescription. Firstly he told me that I havent gone to him for several years which in fact I have last month; he then told me to go to my old GP ( then what is his purpose of being a doctor?) if I have to go elsewhere to seek help After explaining my visit at his clinic, he then read out my details and it was wrong yet still proceed to rush the phone call and telling me to go back to my old GP, he is really busy and his client is waiting (then why did you agree to take the telephone consultation in the first place if you were that busy!) Such a waste of my time!

        Dr Phu is unprofessional. He is not empathetic, rushes patients out the door within 2 minutes and doesn't care what our needs are. My family and I have been to his clinic for over twenty years and when I needed a Certificate he says go to the Dr you go to often I'm not going to give you anything. EXCUSE YOU DR PHU you are the Dr we go to whenever we have a medical concern. People don't get sick all time. If we don't come to you for a year or two it's because we are healthy. You should have the heart to be happy for us.
