I had a recent issue with our beloved Thermomix which meant I was locked out of Cookidoo! Quell Horreur!!! One call to the amazing Deb saw the problem rectified! Deb was responsive and forwarded our problem to the equally fantastic team thermie. Deb also followed up and ensured everything had been sorted for us. In a time when service is often perfunctory at best, it's great to have this kind of support from not only Deb but the company too. Thanks Deb!!

Deb is professional, thorough, reliable and very experienced. She helped me start up my Thermomix last year and is always just a phone call away. She's always happy to reply to my messages when I have a quick question too. Her flexible schedule has allowed us to always meet up at a convenient time that suits my family. Deb has helped me to see the ways I can reduce food waste and given me ideas on ways to make my own ingredients at home to save money and trips to the shops!
