CEVA Vehicle Logistics

The mixed reviews for CEVA had me a little concerned heading into transporting my pride and joy from Melbourne to Adelaide... Personally used the open carrier standard service, Vehicle was transported DAYS ahead of schedule and arrived exactly as delivered, and I checked thoroughly. The portal updates were clear and the depots were helpful throughout the process. Thankyou kindly to the CEVA team in Melbourne and Wingfield, id employ you again in a heartbeat!!

I utilised ceva to transport my vehicle from Sydney to Perth. The website suggested this would take approximately 3 weeks. Once booked the ETA was immediately 5 weeks, which I thought must be absolute worst case scenario. In the interim I was forced to hire a car at great expense. The car travelled from sydney to adelaide in about a week then sat in Adelaide for more than 3 weeks. I called them daily requesting updates as nothing was forthcoming on the tracking info. The offshore call centre tried, but the language barrier caused difficulties. They couldn't provide any information accept to say they will contact the operaions manager, who wasn't forth coming. In my experience the vehicle tracking info wasn't up to date either. I eventually received my car in perth just over 6 weeks.
