Went in to make a deposit - really lovely and helpful staff. Got back to car checked my accounts online and realised i had given her the wrong account numbers.Went back in and she was just as great and had the issue fixed in an instant and with a smile. Thanks again

If you are seeking anything but a simple enquiry from this bank, do not attend this bank unless you personally know one its staff. This branch favors individuals and operates against moral ethics by providing services to people that the staff personally know. It was obvious to me, as a newcomer to the town, that you will be treated poorly at the branch unless you are clicky with someone behind the counter. When enquiring about mortgage services I was told to "go and wait" in an adjoining meeting room, which I did - for 15 minutes twiddling my thumbs. The banker did not meet with me and my opinion (having worked in financial services for over 10years) is that the staff here are undertrained and inexperienced. I also had signed NAB forms that were submitted to the bank by an employer and a copy of these were not able to be produced to me upon request. I also had an unauthorized direct debit that I reported to this branch and they did absolutely nothing about it for over 7 days, resulting in 3 visits before I was refunded. I've closed several accounts due to the incapabilities of this branch and no longer recommend NAB as a bank of choice.
