NAB Branch -West Lakes (Digital Self-Serve Options)

NAB as a company is absolutely terrible however the staff at this branch are actually pretty friendly and helpful (as long as you're aware they don't deal with cash).

OMG!! Tried to withdraw cash over the $5000 limit at Findon branch . No manager there today so they could not authorise the transaction. Really?? Ended up withdrawing under $5000 and was told I could go to West Lakes or Glenelg branch to withdraw the balance. Decided to go to West Lakes where I was told they were a cashless branch. What is the good of a cashless branch. NOT HAPPY.

Absolutely useless. I left work early to withdraw money as my debit card had expired and nab had sent new card to my residential address rather than po box so I never received it as was sent back to them Had to order new card. Ok fair enough Said I'll withdraw some cash now until I recieve card. Was told NO. We can't do that here we're a cashless bank! Well what's the point in even being there. It was 3.50pm and I couldn't get to "cashed up" branch in time. So was left with no money till the next day and had to leave work early again. Have definitely lost a customer here. Not just West lakes branch, will be closing accounts with NAB
