        Dr Rozentals didn't do much to help me apart from writing a referral to a service provider i have never received a reply from. He didn't want to do anything else to help me because it wasn't something easy to treat and he has billed Medicare for services he didn't provide. Billing medicare for services that you haven't provided is fraud in my opinion.
