My mother was treated (poorly) by KinCare for two years that ended with my mother being admitted to hospital, in a coma, for two weeks as a result of infections from her wounds. Avoid at all costs.

Would not recommend this service provider. Very poor experience. Ongoing follow up required to organise services and very little consistency of staff. The home care support workers are not the issue but I think management need to learn how to manage flow and scheduling of home care services

Had interview with Kin Care re a home package , was promised I would get an email with my budget by two pm the same day , now we are four days later & I am still waiting . Needless to say I am very disappointed in this awful service Lauraine Moore
