I called in on a Saturday to pick up a script that had been emailed by a doctor. No one could find it. The following Monday after following up with the doctor I got a call to say that it had been ready since the Friday before I went in to pick up medication and received an apology for the mix up but that was followed by a comment that I didn't ask for the right thing. I then had to ask again for the medication so that I could leave.
