You know the feeling when you just became aware of something significant, and suddenly you see it everywhere? Its been there all this time and you never noticed, until now? Thats what happened to me after Bram Lagrous Communication Mastery 2.0 training. Bram uses science and great story telling to make you aware of why people communicate the way they do, including yourself. And how to best approach people depending on their communication styles. This not only helps you in work related situations (manager, sales, teams etc.) but equally in private life. In my case it explains why I can struggle with some people, while naturally getting along with others, neither due to their fault or mine. Its comes down to communicating in the other persons natural style. Easier said than done of course. But Bram provides weekly coaching for many weeks after the training so that you can internalise the knowledge and put it to practice. Highly recommended for everyone, no matter what you do!

Ok... What can I say... I have done A LOT of Personal and Professional Development over the past 15 years or so BUT this course that I am doing with Bram at the moment (Business Development Academy) is just blowing my mind... I have walked away from day one so excited for what I have learnt, so excited for tomorrow and can't wait to start implementing it all... Normally you walk away after day one feeling tired, brain dead and just wanting to not think about it for awhile, so walking away today after day one excited and enthusiastic and not wanting to stop reviewing what you've learnt and waiting for day two like its Christmas day is a nice change :) The content is amazing, informative and relevant to todays environment. Bram's presenting is engaging and fun... I have just been sharing his website with all my contacts and telling them to 'check him out'.... I suggest to anyone reading this review that you 'check him out' and definitely undertake any course he offers you as it is definitely worth it.

Fantastic first day of Business Development Academy 2.0, faciliated by Bram Lagrou. As a past graduate of the old program, I wasn't sure if I'd receive a lot of vaue for my 2-day investment and was primarily there to support a couple of new team members taking the program. Even as soon as the first break (less than 2 hours into the course), I had already received enough value from the new content to justify the entire time & money investment and the first day continued to deliver as we moved through the modules. The pace was excellent, with plenty of opportunities to apply the theory component in structured activities using scenarios appliable in the real world of my business. Unlike many courses which are "nice" and don't effect any meaningful change, this practical application means I can walk out of the course in 36 hours ready to immediately implement some tweaks and start mapping out some bigger changes / new initiatives. Having a good, diverse and collegiate group of participants also added value with the group sharing following each activity. I'm excited to see what's in store for day two!
