Sassy, The Art Of Hair

Had an appointment at 2pm. Live 40min away. At 1.30pm when I had been driving for 10min on my way to the appointment they txt me to say they were running late and could i reschedule for 4pm or the following week. Txted them back and make it for 4pm as I was working the following week. I understand these things happen all good. An hour later they then ring and leave a message to say they are running late again and to call them. I ring them straight back no answer. Not sure what to do I just wait to hear back from them after ringing one more time. At 4.10pm they ring and tell me they are ready for me with obviously no idea how far away I am. No real apology . I was a brand new client ! Won't ever go there now!

Wow factor beautiful ladies Simone excellent !! I have had the same colour hair for 37 years and same hair colour for the last 17 years and I look tired and lots of grey coming through! Simone advised me the best way to go with toning frosting etc and wow !! I am so so happy !! Wow factor and everyone cannot believe how great it looks!! Simone and the ladies are lovely ! Beaut salon and I feel affordable prices given the cost of hair colouring cut blow drys water etc!! Thrilled to bits!! If you are looking for someone who really knows colour style and what you want to achieve !! Put Simone on your list as number one ! Thrilled to bits!! Thankyou wish I had done it years earlier !! I absolutely love having my hair done by Nardia! Her salon is always clean and tidy. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
