        The Barre Clinic provides fun & interactive classes that cater to all ages & all abilities. You feel immediately warmly welcomed & embraced by the trainers & the general feel of the clinic as well. While it hurts at the time, you're alway reminded that you're doing something amazing for yourself. LOVE my weekly Barre classes. When I miss a class it just doesn't feel right!

        Very knowledgeable, friendly instructors who genuinely care and help you to be your best. I love the Barre, Barre FIT and Yoga classes and am so happy to have found exercise that I enjoy and look forward to! All classes are varied and can be as challenging as you want, with options for all fitness levels. Big thanks to Andrea and all of the tBC team :-)
