        Had appointments with Dr Kiu and my experience throughout my breast cancer journey with them had and continues to be the best I could ask for. Everyone there takes very good care of you, including their receptionists.

        The receptionists (multiple) are absolute cxnts. 100% would not recommend. I wish there was an option to give 0 . Avoid this clinic at all cost.

        I phoned the Centre to make a mammogram appointment and then accidentally a second time the next day . I felt quite despondent after the second call as the receptionists tone was impatient and patronising . Although I did receive the clarification I needed I felt like an incompetent school girl at the end of the experience. My third and final call to Jones and Partners restored my spirits as the receptionist there was kind , patient and understanding.
