I have never felt so disrespected , talked down on and patronised as I did by who was working on Friday 31/03 at around 11am. The sales person was to busy telling me how much he earns, how much Veolia just spent on a trailer and how much the Renos were to give his time to sell me something I needed for my personal pressure washer. He refused to sell me a part and pretty much had no time for me . What atrocious, belittling behaviour of what he was calling a reputable business . If I treated any of my customers like he did to me , I would not have a job. All customers should be important as you never know what business will follow. I actually requested a quote for a pressure washing skid but I tell you what , I will never do business whilst this person works here.

Poor service and when there products failed all they want to do is sell you a seal kit when it's still under 12mth old Yet spitwater fixed it no probs

Absolute hands down best jetter on the market. I did my research even looked overseas. Nothing compares to the quality and thought gone into this machine. The whole experience was A1,had a minor issue a couple weeks in and the guys couldn't do enough for me, had it sorted straight away. Thanks Legends!
