You guys get 1 star because you turned up for the quote. When I told George ( your rep) that my partner couldn't make the appointment he advised that he couldn't continue until we were both present. Not quite sure what or why this makes any difference to a quote as I was making the decision. Utterly disappointed and totally unnecessary. You probably missed out on a substantial sale. Very poor..

17/3/23 : We just organised a quote from "Just Quality" - after originally talking to "John" at Tea Tree Plaza - who pointed me in the right direction. Thanks so much John - you opened the door for us very quickly ! This morning George Mossa ("Just Quality" Senior Design Representative) - came to our house & gave us a full quote on exactly how much $$'s we need to instal 8 roller shutters on the top level of our house. Will take up to 6 weeks to instal (I would have been very worried if they could do it all immediately - a delay of 6 weeks max is fair in the industry - unless the Company quoting has no forward installations and/or are desperate) Will let you know how we go .... but so far so good! (A very well presented quote setting out all costs and time frame - and we were happy with the sensible deposit we needed to supply up front) I will send a further review after the Roller Shutters have been fully installed - At this stage I'm certain they are exactly what we need & at the right price) :) 23/5/23 - 8 roller shutters installed today. Perfect job and great installation staff! The shutters were all placed in most of the top story windows of our house. GREAT JOB / extremely helpful staff and excellent installers. A very genuine thank you to everyone from Staff to Quoters to installers & also to the fellas who installed and removed Scaffolding...5 stars all the way (again)

Our experience with Ashia from Just Quality was decidedly positive. Her blend of professionalism and friendliness resonated with us from the start. Ashia's expertise allowed for a swift service, with the job completed effectively and efficiently. The cost of the blinds was probably a bit more than some alternatives, but Ashia offered discounts and the convenience of quick turn around which helped cement our decision. This was not merely a transaction; we felt we were receiving "just quality" pun intended. We believe the slightly higher price was justified by the exceptional service and product quality that we received. While there was a minor issue with one of the blinds on the day of delivery, this was sorted out same same and the installer came back the next day to fix. This did not majorly detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend Ashia and the Just Quality team for those seeking a service where quality truly matters.
